Hi there, friend! I’m Sophie—wife, busy mom of three beautiful (and endlessly energetic) kids, coffee devotee, and the heart behind Elysian.
This space was born out of the quiet hours after bedtime and the loud, real moments in between carpools, homework, and the million tiny tasks that keep a home humming. Over the years, I’ve learned that caring for a family also means carving out space to care for myself—body, mind, and spirit. It’s not always graceful, and it’s never perfect, but it’s worth every step.
How It All Started
After my third little one arrived, I found myself craving balance. I wanted to feel confident in my own skin, feed my family well, keep our home inviting, and still have energy left for things that made me happy. Somewhere between trying new yoga flows during naptime and experimenting with healthy, family-friendly recipes, I realized I wasn’t alone. So many of us are on this same journey—trying to create a life that feels beautiful and livable.
That’s when Elysian took shape. I wanted a place where I could gather tips, stories, and inspiration—not just for weight loss or beauty, but for the bigger picture: a home and life that feel aligned, nourishing, and joyful.

- Beauty & Confidence – easy routines and product finds that make you feel polished without hours in front of a mirror.
- Home & Heart – simple décor ideas that make your space welcoming without a huge budget.
- Healthy, Family-Loved Recipes – quick weeknight meals, wholesome treats, and the occasional indulgence.
My Heart for This Community
I believe that small, steady steps matter more than perfection. I believe in nourishing instead of punishing, in making a home that tells your family “you’re loved,” and in reminding other moms (and anyone who needs to hear it) that we are allowed to invest in ourselves, too.
Whether you’re here for a new yoga flow, a quick dinner idea, or just a breath of encouragement, I want you to feel like you’ve pulled up a chair at my kitchen table. Grab your coffee, stay a while, and let’s make life a little lighter—and lovelier—together.
With warmth,
Sophie
